Tom is senior counsel in the Disputes and Investigations Group with over 10 years' post qualification experience. He has a strong track record advising global companies on contentious and risk related matters, helping businesses navigate through a wide variety of issues. He has broad experience in handling High Court disputes, international arbitrations and regulatory investigations, including those involving the accountancy profession, and managing risks in a contentious setting.
Tom's practice often involves cross-border disputes or those with jurisdictional issues across a number of industry sectors, including technology; retail; aviation; business and professional services; and private wealth. Tom also has experience helping clients seek litigation funding.
