Patrick is a member of the Technology, Media & Telecoms practice area. He advises domestic and foreign companies on software contract and distribution law, data protection law, e- and m-commerce, cross-border transactions and, in particular, IT projects and the associated legal disputes.
He also specialises in advising on agile software projects of all sizes, including ERP implementations, where, as a Certified Scrum Master, he focuses not only on legal issues but also on the overall project approach, as well as on all data protection issues in the real estate sector, including the processing of personal energy data, e.g. in the context of smart metering.
